About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Member Services Representative located in the Greater Boston Area. The position is with a Healthcare organization known for their exceptional Patient Care. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company and learn from some of the best in the industry. All candidates considered must have 1+ year of Call Center or Customer Service experience and strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, and be bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
•    Assist prospective members that contact company over the phone and advance the sales cycle 
•    Determine eligibility to enroll in program 
•    Support different sales initiatives for both the Senior Care and One Care programs 
•    Work with the company’s key business partners to provide information and enrollment assistance 
•    Assist prospective members in completing the application process for MassHealth

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
•    1+ year of Call Center or Customer Service experience  
•    Bilingual Individual (Spanish or Portuguese) highly preferred 
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
•    Knowledge of Health Care system and subsidized health insurance 

This is a 3+ month contract engagement that will pay $17-$20 an hour within a 40 hour work week, that will required some weekend hours and has the potential to convert into a full-time position.
