About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant located in the Greater Boulder Area. The position is with a very successful insurance company. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company and learn from some of the best in the industry. All candidates considered must have 3+ years of office experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities
•    Type correspondence, reports, lists and tabulations 
•    Update calendar/schedule for manager 
•    Coordinate manager’s appointments, travel arrangements and meetings 
•    Handle phone and mail duties 
•    Additional ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications
•    High School diploma or higher 
•    3+ years of office experience or equivalent relevant experience 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
