About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Data Entry Clerk located in the Greater Lewiston area. The position is with a very successful insurance company. This is an outstanding opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company and learn from some of the best in the industry. All candidates considered must have 3+ years of related customer service and/or data entry experience.

Responsibilities:
•    Validate and/or enter data
•    Respond to routine correspondence, inquiries, and information requests 
•    Resolve routine problems 
•    Act as first point of contact for Customers 

Qualifications
•    High School diploma (REQUIRED)
•    3+ years of related data entry or customer service experience  
•    Highly proficient Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word 
•    Strong communication ability
