About The Company: We are currently seeking candidates for a Business Analyst located in the Greater Boston Area. The position is with a very successful insurance company. All candidates considered must have 5+ years of related experience and strong project planning, process improvement, data mining, and cost-benefit analysis expertise.

Responsibilities:
•    Identify, plan and implement operational improvements to achieve organizational efficiency and quality controls 
•    Monitor, analyze and support various workflow processes for marketing projects 
•    Serve as the system administrator for the team’s workflow tool 
•    Develop, implement/manage dashboards and reports to assist the management team 
•    Perform ongoing quality assurance analysis  

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree (Highly Preferred); 5+ years of related experience, within a creative agency environment 
•    Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills 
•    Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply standard policies, procedures, and other established guidelines 
•    High level of proficiency with excel and MS Office suite
•    Ideal candidates will have used some type of Project Management software
