About the Company:
Our client develops Commercial Industrial properties in the Greater Boston area as well has a heavy hand in Residential Real Estate, and Art Industry. Currently, the Senior Staff which includes the President and Vice President, In House Counsel, and Controller is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support and act as a liaison for the tenants in their Commercial Industrial properties. The ideal candidate will be professional and articulate, sharp, passionate about customer service and versatile in their talent scope. Additional responsibilities may be found below:

Job Description:
This position will provide support to the Senior Staff including President, Vice President, In House Counsel, and Controller. 

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Provide direct support for President, Vice President, In House Counsel, and Controller 
•    Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, set up meetings, receive visitors and conference calls 
•    Make domestic travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and expense reports
•    Answer phones, circulate mail, fax, and photocopy and accept deliveries for the group.
•    Coordinate all meeting materials, including taking minute notes, and action plans after meetings  
•    Assist Controller with assurance renewal filing and other ad hoc duties as needed
•    Coordinate catering for in house and external meetings 
•    Assist park/tenants with issues or questions and escalate to the Vice President when needed 
•    Attend weekly maintenance staff meetings and provide reminders
•    Special projects as needed

Experience and Requirements (in addition to general administrative skills):

•    College degree required 
•    1-3 year of Administrative Support experience, preferably for C-Level Executives 
•    Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
