Title: Receptionist     
Duration: Contract 
Location: Dedham 
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr 

Job Description: 

The Guest Services Receptionist will be responsible for the following below:
•    Answer multiple phone lines and route to the appropriate personnel 
•    Greet clients and set them up in conference rooms 
•    Sort and distribute mail 
•    Order office supplies 
•    Manage conference room schedules 
•    Provide outstanding customer service to clients 
•    Type correspondence an set up and edit PowerPoint presentations 
•    Work heavily in Excel 
•    Email resumes to lstokes@daleyaa.com 

Requirements: 
•    3+years’ experience as a Receptionist/Administrative professional 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills 
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at any given time 
•    Strong interest in Financial Services or Real Estate sector
