Our Client is a large insurance company that is currently seeking an Insurance Assistant to join their team in Wausau, WI. If you are a professional looking for a new opportunity then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare insurance forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements, schedules, etc) 
  • Process other insurance transactions to provide customer service and support to business 
  • Perform other related support duties as requested 
  • Answer phones, process mail, assisting customers, scanning, photocopying, and insurance check processing 
  • Providing support to Case Managers 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) 
  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
