Senior Collections Analyst

A large, publicly-traded manufacturing company located north of Boston seeks a highly-skilled Senior Corporate Collector.  The offered salary for this position may reach $65,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.

Key responsibilities for this position include managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of clients through the collections process, working with large sales teams, and working with a large ERP like Oracle or PeopleSoft.  Candidates should have a demonstrated track record in business-to-business collections, the proven ability to build relationships and maintain clients, and strong communication skills that enable them to communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.

The ideal hire will have earned a Bachelor’s degree or have developed equivalent experience in his or her career.  The ideal hire will also have seven or more years’ experience in collections, with continuing increases in responsibilities within that seven years, or four or more years’ experience managing a multimillion-dollar portfolio.

International Tax Analyst

The international tax analyst focuses on preparing international pieces of federal and multiple state filings.  As part of a team, the analyst will calculate foreign tax credits, play a key role in period-end tax accounting, report on and support auditing activities, and research and report on questions and requests posed by tax authorities.

Top candidates for the international tax analyst position will possess both a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MST.  A CPA is ideal.  The candidates will have at least 4 years’ experience, including two or more years of Big-4 public accounting experience.  They will demonstrate depth of experience in accounting and taxation and a documented ability to research and produce precise results and recommendations.  Finally, candidates must possess a solid foundation in ASC 740.

Although a mix of public and private industry experience is preferred, candidates who possess only public experience will be considered for the position.  Candidates must, however, be excited to work in a team-oriented organization, where the ability to collaborate and draw on the experience of each team member is essential.
