As Scheduling Coordinator, your primary duties will include scheduling functions which are primarily related to supporting and maintaining relationships with the client service staff. The Scheduling Coordinator also will be charged with supporting and assisting with specific initiatives of the Human Capital Department. Essential functions include developing and maintaining relationships with client service staff to facilitate the effective scheduling of assignments; developing an understanding of individual skills and client needs; and assisting with the development, coordination, and implementation of professional development within the firm. There will also be opportunities for involvement in various firm initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in Resource Management and boast proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. He/she will have a customer service-oriented approach with the ability to effectively interact, communicate, and develop relationships with individuals at various levels within the firm. The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism is required. The ideal candidate must have strong experience with, and knowledge of, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with ProStaff and other scheduling software is a plus. Overtime will be required at various times throughout the year. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to commit to being in the office and/or available as needed.
