We offer 3 different types of Executive Search services so you can choose the option that best suits you and your needs.

Retained searches are driven by research and are most applicable when searching for a highly compensated candidate; the top 1% of compensated professionals are found through retained searches. In retained search, we begin to work with our clients from the moment they realize there is a void to be filled in their company, up until the individual is placed. Retained searches require a prepaid fee based on the time spent conducting the research and search. We will offer a thorough analysis of the issue, accompanied by our recommendations prior to presenting any candidates to our clients.

Contingency search is a delivery driven search model that is most applicable for entry to mid level hiring. In contingent searches, we are compensated only if we make a placement. Our client will tell us what they need and we immediately go to market in search of the perfect candidate. The cost and time sacrificed by the client is minimal – and it is mutually beneficial to the client and candidate as it provides both parties with the solution they need in a time sensitive manner.

A contained search is a hybrid of contingent and retained searches. Both the services and the pricing models vary; instead of basing the payment on either the successful completion of the search, or prepaid payments – contained searches consist of a division of payments. 1/3 of the total amount is paid upon project commencement and the remainder is only paid if a candidate is successfully placed. This provides the ongoing working relationship with the client and candidate that is similar to retained search, as well as the low risk cost and timely results that are characteristic of contingency search.
